Need to Know
WHAT DO I WEAR FOR TRAINING SESSIONS?
Your workout attire is completely up to you. It is recommended that you wear clothing that you're comfortable in. Keep in mind of exercises you may participate in which will get your heart rate up. Meaning, it wouldn't be recommended to wear sweatpants or a jacket during your sessions.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
I am a certified personal trainer, not a licensed nutritionist. I do not create or sell diet or meal plans. I can give you information on the proper daily nutrition values you should consume based on scientific research and data.
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
Virtual appointments require you to either work out in your home or in a gym. During our initial consultation we will discuss what your goals are and recommendations will be determined about what equipment will yield the best results.
